Getting a New Website
Our website design pricing varies depending on the features and complexity of your project. We tailor our services to meet your specific needs. While our packages generally range from $800 to $2,000, we strive to give you the most bang for your buck. With just a 20-minute phone call we can provide you with a custom quote for your project.
For most projects, we require equal payments at the start and midway point of the project (the beta design phase). However, for larger projects, we’re happy to work with you to set up a payment schedule that suits your needs. We accept various convenient payment methods, including checks, direct bank payment and, all major credit cards.
It takes approximately 2-4 weeks to build a website from start to finish, providing we have all the information from you. The website will only take a long time if we are still waiting for the client to deliver the necessary content to start the job.
We can seamlessly build your new website while your current one is still live. Once we’re ready to go live with your new site and you’re happy with it, we can quickly swap the old site for the new one. In as little as 10 minutes, your new website will be visible to the world! Just a quick note, already having a website won’t necessarily change the cost, but it can make the creation process much quicker.
The specific requirements will depend on the type of website you want, and we’ll discuss this in detail during our discovery call before we start working together. Depending on the package we agree upon, we may need some or all of the following:
- Images of you and your team
- Images of your workplace
- Your logo and color scheme
- Content for the website, such as text, PDFs, etc.
- Staff profiles
- Any videos you’d like to add to the website
- Login details to your existing website
- Access to your domain registrar

You have options! If you prefer to “do it yourself” (DIY), you can provide us with your own content. Alternatively, if you’d like, we have an in-house copywriter who can create the content for your website, so you don’t have to worry about it.
Absolutely! If you need to supplement your content with images, we’ve got you covered. We will purchase professional images from stock image websites such as Depositphotos, Envato Elements and Adobe Stock, so you won’t have to worry about hiring a photographer or paying for images separately. Stock images are charged at $10/image.
Absolutely! We believe in empowering our clients to have control over their own websites. We’ll provide you with all the training and tools you need to make updates to your website. Plus, you’ll have access to our free video tutorial library that covers a wide range of website topics. You will be able to add pages and make changes without having to rely on us.
We have an online onboarding academy just for you. It walks you through every step of the project with short two-minute lessons. It’s basically an online course exclusively for Web 907 clients.
Yes. Your site will look great on all devices.
Our hosting packages come with tech support, so if your site goes down or is acting funny, we got you covered. If you want new pages, new features, or other additions to your website, we’re here to help. It’s important to note that some website updates may be subject to additional charges, but we’ll always be transparent with you and provide a quote for the cost before proceeding.
